Bylox Custom
For anything that doesn't fit a standard box or wallet, or that you've already packed yourself. Our team looks at the item at pickup and prices it on the spot, then it's QR-tagged, tracked, and stored like any other Bylox item, with retrieval on request.
For anything that doesn't fit a box or wallet
Priced at pickup
Depending on their size and shape, some custom items can't be reliably sealed tamper-evident. We'll re-seal them whenever a seal comes loose, but our loss compensation can only apply to items we can keep securely sealed.

At your door
How a item is
packed and sealed.
Every step happens in front of you, before it leaves your door.
Bubble wrappedTaped or stretch-filmedQR tracking

The item is bubble wrapped
Wrapped to suit its shape, whatever it is.

Sealed with tape or stretch film
Whichever suits the item — our team decides at pickup.

A QR label goes on the wrapper
There's no rigid outer box, so the code goes on the wrap.
