Every layer below is standard on every Bylox facility, not an upsell.
24/7 building security
Dedicated security personnel on-site around the clock at every facility, not just a locked shutter after hours.
CCTV surveillance
Continuous camera coverage across every facility, so activity around your stored items is always on record.
Biometric floor access
Entry to storage floors is biometric-gated: only authorised staff get in, and every entry is logged.
Dedicated cabin locking
Beyond the floor, individual storage cabins are separately locked, a second layer even inside a secured floor.
Fire-safe storage space
Storage areas are built and equipped against fire risk, not just fitted with a stray extinguisher.
Tamper-evident, water-resistant packing
Every box and wallet is sealed with tamper-evident tape before it's ever racked. If it's been opened, it shows, and it's packed to resist water damage too.
Airtight wallet containers
Sealed wallets are stored in airtight plastic containers, sealed from moisture, dust, and pests, not just stacked on a shelf.
Weekly photo logging
Every stored box and wallet is photographed on a weekly cycle, so its condition stays on record, not checked once and forgotten.

On top of every layer above, Vault items are stored in locked lockers, not on open shelving: the most secure tier we offer.

Backed by a guarantee, not just a promise
- If a seal is ever found broken without your consent, or an item goes missing due to our error, we pay 10× the monthly charge, no claims process.
- Every pickup and handover is verified by mobile OTP. Digitizing or destroying anything needs a second layer: a PIN you set, plus a one-time passcode sent to you.
What we won't store
Strong security — and still an honest “don't”.
Every layer above is real. Even so, we don't encourage storing what fraudsters actively target: gold, cash, or original property and title documents. However well we'd guard them, an original title deed or share certificate in the wrong hands is a tool for fraud, so we simply don't accept them.
