Storage in Hyderabad: Free Up Space at Home and Office

Most of these things can't just be thrown away. You still need them, just not every day. Bylox keeps them for you. We pick them up from your door in Hyderabad, store them safely, and bring them back when you ask.

What is managed storage?

With a self-storage unit, you rent a whole unit. You pack everything, carry it there yourself, and go back whenever you need something.

Managed storage works the other way round. We do the work for you:

• A Bylox agent collects your things from your door.
• Everything is packed, sealed and QR-labelled in front of you.
• You can see what you've stored, with photos, in your dashboard.
• When you need something, ask for one item or everything, and we bring it back.
• You pay only for the bags, boxes or wallets you store, not for a whole unit.

What can you store?

Pick the format that fits your things.

Bylox Bag, for clothes and soft things. We bring a storage bag to your door for clothes, bedding, curtains, seasonal wear or files. Your things go into a large LDPE cover, which is sealed with a tag tie, and the cover goes into the bag. Then the bag's zip gets a numbered seal tag, and a QR label goes on the bag. Bags aren't meant for electronics or fragile items.

Bylox Box, for books and household items. A strong, reusable box that we bring to you. Use it for books, keepsakes, household items, and even laptops and other electronics. Each item is bubble wrapped before it goes in, then the box is sealed with tamper-evident tape and a QR label goes on it.

Bylox Wallet, for files and documents. Your papers, files and records go into threaded envelopes, the envelopes go into a sealed courier bag, and a QR label goes on the wallet. Wallets are then stored in airtight containers. For confidential papers, choose the Vault level: your wallets go into locked lockers, and we never open them. Bylox Custom, for odd-sized things. For things that don't fit a bag, box or wallet, like equipment or appliances. The item is bubble wrapped and sealed with tape or stretch film, whichever suits it, and the QR label goes on the wrapping. Our team sees the item at pickup and tells you the price there.

Already have a packed suitcase? We can store it as a Bag or a Custom item, depending on its size.

A Bag, Box or Wallet stores only what fits inside it. Want small things kept separate, or packed more securely? You can add extras when you book, like LDPE covers in different sizes.

What we don't store

Some things are better kept somewhere else. We don't take these on any plan:

• Cash, gold or jewellery
• Original property or title papers, like a sale deed or share certificate. You can store a certified copy with us instead.
• The only copy of an important original
• Anything hazardous, flammable, perishable or living
• Illegal items or weapons
• Very big things like furniture, bikes or vehicles

How it works

1. Book online. Tell us what you want to store and pick a time that suits you.
2. We call you. Our team confirms your details and takes a small part-payment to lock your slot.
3. We come to your door. A verified Bylox agent arrives. The pickup is confirmed with an OTP and recorded on a body-worn camera.
4. We pack and seal. Your things are sealed and QR-labelled in front of you.
5. We store it. Everything goes into our facility and shows up in your dashboard.
6. You ask, we bring it back. Ask for one item or everything, and pick a date that suits you. We check it's really you before handing anything over.

How we keep your things safe

• Our own facilities. We run our own storage facilities across Hyderabad. Your things never go to someone else's warehouse.
• Watched and guarded. CCTV, 24/7 on-site security, and biometric entry to the storage floors, so only authorised staff get in. Every plan gets this.
• Locked cabins, fire-safe space. Inside the secured floor, individual storage cabins are locked separately, and the storage space is built and equipped against fire risk.
• Sealed so you can tell. Everything is sealed tamper-evident and packed to resist water, so you can see if anything was ever opened.
• Tracked at every step. Every item gets a QR label and is scanned each time it moves.
• Photos every week. We photograph stored items every week, and you can see the photos in your dashboard.

If a seal is ever found broken without your consent, or an item goes missing because of our mistake, we pay you 10 times that item's monthly charge. No claims process. This covers Bag, Box, Wallet and Vault. The full details are in our terms.

What does it cost?

You pay for the bags, boxes or wallets you store. Pay monthly for long-term storage, or by the day for short stays.

• Delivery: free when you book ahead. Only a same-day or next-day (express) pickup or return costs extra.
• Packaging: a one-time fee, confirmed by our agent at pickup.
• Getting things back: we tell you the cost when you ask, before you pay.
• No security deposit.
